JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned customer support veteran with a proven track record of providing world class technical support (5 plus years experience).
Prior experience supporting Networks Firewalls (Cisco PIX, Checkpoint) and Web Servers (MSFT IIS, Apache, IBM Web Seal, or IBM Web Sphere) is required. The candidate must be able to read HTML and JavaScript source code. Candidate must know how to configure Web Servers. Must know how to troubleshoot using standard Windows and Linux network tools (SSH, ethereal, FTP client/server).
Ideal candidate would have knowledge of how large web applications are built, deployed and troubleshot. Prior experience using packet sniffers desirable.
Experience with Third Party Certificates such as Verisign preferred.
Candidate must have a strong technical background, proven interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to clearly communicate in both the written and spoken word.
Relevant industry experience or a related technical degree is highly desirable.
